Join video calls from your desktop with a simple meeting experience, AI-powered tools, screen sharing, and team communication. Meeting BG for Teams turns any idea into a ready-to-use Microsoft Teams background — and gets you into your next call faster too. JOIN IN SECONDS Paste a Teams meeting link, or enter a Meeting ID and passcode — no Microsoft sign-in required. Teams opens automatically, on the app if it's installed or in your browser if not. AI-GENERATED BACKGROUNDS Describe the scene you want — "cozy sunlit office with plants," "calm mountain lake at golden hour" — and get a custom background built from your description. Not sure what to type? Tap "Improve with AI" to turn a rough idea into a more detailed prompt, or pick from curated suggestions across Office, Nature, Cozy, Minimal, and Creative categories. CURATED BACKGROUND GALLERY A ready-made collection of gradient and photo themes, organized by category, for when you just want something polished without describing anything. ONE-CLICK ADD TO TEAMS Pick a background and the app attempts to drop it straight into Teams' background effects — automatically, no manual file hunting. If that's not possible on your setup, it saves the image and reveals it in Finder so you can add it yourself in a couple of clicks. COMMUNITY MARKETPLACE Browse backgrounds generated and published by other users. Publish your own once you're ready to share.
