Or skip voice and write the entry directly. ▸ A STRUCTURE THAT HOLDS YOUR THOUGHTS Every entry follows the classic 7-column thought record: situation, emotions, thoughts, evidence for, evidence against, a more balanced thought, and how you feel after. A calm, familiar structure for looking at a hard moment from a new angle. ▸ PRIVATE BY DESIGN By default, everything stays on your iPhone — audio, transcripts and reflections never leave your device. Cloud AI is strictly opt-in; only if you turn it on is the text of that one reflection sent for processing. Eunomia keeps no copy of your reflections on its servers. ▸ AI-ASSISTED REFLECTION (OPTIONAL) A Premium subscription unlocks Cloud AI for a richer, finer read of your entry. Strictly opt-in. Your text leaves your phone only when you explicitly enable it. Eunomia keeps none of it, and it is never used to train AI models. Cloud AI reflections use a monthly allowance. If you reach it, Eunomia keeps working right on your device, organizing your entry without AI, until your allowance renews next month. ▸ RECURRING THOUGHTS, GROUNDED REFRAMES Eunomia notices the thoughts that come back to you and remembers the best reframes you've ever written for them.
