THE ONLY COMPARISON IS YOU AGAINST YOURSELF Your Day 1 against your Day 30. The confidence rating you give at the start against the one you give at the end. Your own photos, side by side, if you choose to take them. SIMPLE THINGS, DONE PROPERLY Sleep, water, protein, a walk after dinner, sunscreen, a haircut, a shirt that fits, a wall to stand against. Every task in the curriculum is checked against a safety list each time it is built, so what reaches you is the ordinary, durable version of getting in shape. YOUR PHOTOS STAY ON YOUR PHONE Take a photo on Day 1 and Day 30 if you want a before-and-after. They are stored on your device only — there is no account, no server, and nothing that uploads an image. Delete any photo, from anywhere it appears in the app, and the file itself is gone. YOUR DAY 30 REPORT At the end you get an honest read on your month: days completed, longest streak, your week-by-week, where your effort actually went, and your confidence against where you started. It tells you what worked and what to carry into the next thirty days, whatever the month looked like. Share it as text if you want to. Your photos are never attached. BUILT TO BE DOABLE Every task has a short version for the days you have ten minutes. Missing a day resets the streak and nothing else — your completed days, your photos and your record stay exactly where they are. SUBSCRIPTION The Girlfriend Challenge is an auto-renewing subscription. • Annual — $39.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers • Weekly — $9.99 per week Prices are shown in your local currency at the point of purchase and may vary by territory.
