You know every word. You still miss the point. IdiomsPark teaches the English that native speakers actually use — offline, in your language, minutes a day.
Some English you can't look up.
"Break the ice." "Hit the nail on the head." "Once in a blue moon." You know every word. The sentence still means something else.
That gap is what keeps people who are fluent on paper sounding foreign in the room. It's also the one thing textbooks leave out.
IdiomsPark closes it.
LEARN THEM THE WAY THEY'RE ACTUALLY USED
Every idiom comes with a plain-English meaning, a sentence you'd really hear, and a translation in your own language. Tap to hear it spoken aloud. No dictionary tone, no dusty phrases nobody has said since 1950.
STOP FORGETTING THEM
Most apps show you something and hope it sticks. IdiomsPark works out when you're about to lose an idiom and puts it in front of you the moment before you do.
Answer confidently and it steps back for months. Hesitate, and it's there again tomorrow. You never plan a revision session — the schedule builds itself around what you personally find hard.
A FEW MINUTES, NOT AN EVENING
Learn a handful at a time, grouped by where you'd actually use them: work, money, feelings, relationships, time. Then test yourself on what you've studied — never on what you haven't. Idioms that keep catching you out stay on your list until they don't.
ONE IDIOM A DAY, WITHOUT OPENING THE APP
Put the widget on your Home Screen and a new one is waiting each morning. Save it with a single tap and come back to it when you have a minute.
YOURS, AND ONLY YOURS
No ads. No subscription. No account. Nothing tracked, nothing uploaded, nothing sold.
It works on a plane, on the subway, in a basement — because it was never asking the internet for anything.
Available in English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, Spanish and Italian.
Ratings & Reviews

A clearer daily routine
• Study a group, quiz that group, then choose whether to study another. The
quiz for a group now comes straight after it.
• Quizzes come in rounds the size of your Questions per Quiz setting. Each
round ends by telling you how many idioms are left today, with a Next round
button to carry on.
• New idioms are tested in the order you studied them, so your first group is
quizzed before your second.
• Your day is complete only when every idiom you studied today, and every
review due today, has been answered once.
Reviews and mistakes
• "Review what is due" opens exactly the idioms that are due, most overdue
first — then takes you straight to quizzing them.
• An idiom you get wrong goes to your mistakes and comes back later, instead
of being asked again and again the same day.
• Mistakes that are ready to revisit now come first in your next step.
• Getting a mistake wrong again moves it back one step rather than all the
way to the start.
Fixes
• "Today's done" and the fireworks could appear after only a few questions,
while most of the day's material was still untested.
• A single wrong answer could cut your daily goal in half. The app now waits
until it has enough answers to judge.
• Idioms you had never studied could end up in your reviews and mistakes after
a Level Test, and could lower your daily goal.
• Tapping Next twice quickly could skip a question or end a quiz early.
• A practice quiz started from the menu could announce that your day was done.
• When your daily goal is reduced — because of overdue reviews or a low recall
rate — the completion screen now tells you why.
• The Study screen said your day was finished before you had taken the quiz.
• The review card on Home now opens your review directly.
• "1 groups studied" now reads "1 group studied".
