TickGo is the app for event staff. It signs the device into the session and handles credential pickup, check-in, and lookup on site.
Built for the door and the credential desk: a dark interface, direct flows, and an immediate answer when someone is cleared, pending, or already recorded.
What the team does in TickGo:
• Join the event session with the QR code issued by the coordinator
• Hand out credentials and kits, searching by facial recognition or by name
• Confirm check-in at the entrance
• Look up a participant without changing the record
• Follow kits picked up and check-ins on the home screen and in the Live Activity
The coordinator issues staff access and follows the operation on a read-only dashboard.
TickGo does not sell tickets and is not an app for the public. A valid session, issued by the event organization, is required.
