Get default categories for your type of gathering, category suggestions based on item or merchant names, and your last selected payer remembered • Add expenses or scan receipts directly from Home. New here? Tap the sample settlement first. • When you have no settlements yet, the home screen shows a sample trip with four people. Open it, add expenses, and look at the result and the plan. It runs only on your device, so nothing is saved to your records. If you like it, "Start with these people" starts a real one • The schedule is now the heart of a plan. Each item takes a category, an estimated cost and a map link, and the estimated total adds the item costs to separate budgets such as a contingency. Per-item costs are never shown on the announcement page • Schedule items can have an end time. An overnight flight reads "22:10 → 04:00 (+1d)" on one line, and the end time also appears on the announcement page and in the calendar file • Open a settlement during the trip and today's schedule sits at the top. "Add expense" on each line fills in the title, date, category and estimated cost, and items with an expense get a done mark • Home cards show D-3, Today or Day 2 • Assign who brings each supply, and new plans start with a supply draft that fits the kind of gathering • The calendar file now has one entry per schedule item, so they show up as time blocks in your calendar • The account screen was tidied. Your name, sign-in status, privacy policy and version are on one screen, and you can copy your account ID for support

Plan the gathering before you split the bill. • Attach a plan to a settlement. Note the meeting point and time, the schedule, estimated costs, what to bring, and a reply deadline and capacity — that becomes the announcement • Share one announcement link in your group chat. Guests reply attending, not attending or undecided next to their name, without installing anything, and the replies land on the treasurer's screen • Turn on open applications and anyone not on the list can apply with a name and a short note. Nobody becomes a participant until the treasurer approves, and applications stop at the deadline or capacity • Download the schedule from the announcement page as a calendar file • Add estimated costs and the settlement result and trip report show estimate versus actual in one line The screens were rebuilt as well. Adding an expense now starts with the amount, and the category and payer are a tap away. Since most expenses are split evenly, the split is shown in one line and opens only when you need it. The home and detail screens put the amount first without boxes around it, and the participant list on a new settlement takes names as you type them. A new typeface and type scale read more clearly on every device.

Creating a settlement is now a few short steps. It used to put the name, the treasurer, dates, currency, dues and the group on one screen; now a name is enough to start, and dues and group settings only open if you need them. • Add a group's members as participants in one go. Only active members are added, and anyone sharing the treasurer's name is skipped • When you close a settlement, set the amount that actually left the group account. Rounds paid on the spot, or on the treasurer's own card, come to a different number — until now you had to close first and then correct the ledger. If the account never moved, no entry is made at all • If a ledger entry fails to save, that is remembered and you can try again from the settlement screen The screens were reworked too. The settlement you are in the middle of leads the home screen, the transfers you still owe lead the settlement screen, and the total leads the detail screen. Expenses are colour-coded by category, and on a fresh install your profile stays out of the way so the first screen is about creating one settlement.

The app is now called Treasurer's Notebook (it was "How Much?"). The icon changes with it — your settlements and groups are all still there. The app outgrew its name. "How much?" is a question you ask once, but this now keeps a group's ledger, its dues, and its year-end books. • Dues status — see who has paid and who hasn't. People who paid part of it are reminded of the remainder only • Paste a bank deposit text and it matches members and fills in their dues. The message itself is never stored • Add categories and receipt photos to ledger entries, and close the books by fiscal year • Share the group's finances as a link — members read the balance and the ledger without the app. No names are included • An "I've sent it" button on the settlement link, kept separate from your own payment check • Hand a group — ledger, roster and all — to the next treasurer • Pull expenses from a past settlement Money is set in its own type throughout, and the screens have been reworked. Also fixed: a shared summary card that was cut off, and card payment texts that were read incorrectly when the shop's name began with a bank's.

Keep your group's shared fund in the app. • Create a group, record money in and out, and the balance carries forward • Paste a range from your spreadsheet — it cross-checks the running balance for you • Closing a settlement records it in the group ledger automatically • Send the group's finances as a card, with the ledger in text alongside • Set dues per person once when you create a settlement • Mark costs everyone paid on their own, like flights — counted in the total, nothing to settle • Fold receipt tax into the line items • Added Lao kip, and currencies now show the country Fixed a bug where the transfer link pointed to the wrong person when someone else was the organizer.

Fixes for places where the numbers quietly went wrong. - Dues settlements now show the amount the organizer is holding, so the organizer's row balances too. - Fixed a case where a settlement link you had already sent could be revoked without warning. - Failed receipt scans no longer consume your daily allowance. - Your daily scan allowance now resets at midnight without restarting the app. - Fixed the photo viewer selecting a different photo after you changed a date. - Fixed amounts being cut off at large text sizes.

Everything fits on screen — no more sideways scrolling. - The breakdown now fits the screen width, split into per-person totals and per-item shares. - The web settlement sheet uses the same structure and reads without horizontal scrolling on phones. - Receipt originals on the settlement screen open inside the app instead of the browser. - The app version is now shown on the account screen.
