HHT Pickups is Houston Health Transport’s mobile app for customers, staff, and drivers.
Customers can create an account, sign in, and track their own medical transport orders — status, schedule, pickup/delivery locations, and cost — without seeing other customers’ data or operations tools.
Staff manage the day’s pickups: assign drivers, monitor progress on the map, update costs, and handle operational issues.
Drivers receive assigned jobs, navigate to locations, update trip status, and capture delivery proof with the camera.
Background location is used only when a signed-in driver opts into tracking. Camera and photo access are used only for delivery proof on driver jobs.

Delivery proof photos now upload when a driver marks a pickup delivered. Customers who placed the order see pickup details, without a Directions button.
