Chap Partner is the app that lets African community businesses in France run their shop, restaurant, salon, or event space on Chap — right from your phone. Whether you run a grocery store, a restaurant, a hair or beauty salon, or organize community events, Chap Partner gives you everything you need to sell, manage, and grow on Chap. Manage your products & stock Add and edit your products, track stock levels, set purchase prices to monitor your margin, and toggle items online or offline in a tap. Take and manage orders Receive orders with push notifications, track them from confirmation to delivery, and create an order for a customer yourself — complete with a payment link and estimated delivery fees. Get paid securely Send secure Stripe payment links to your customers and get paid directly, in-app or by link. Create quotes & invoices Build professional quotes (devis) and invoices for your customers and send them by email in a few taps. Promote your business Run promotions, send broadcast messages to your subscribers, and share your products with a rich preview (price, description, direct link). Sell everywhere Sync your products to TikTok Shop and Meta (Facebook) with one-click connection, and reach customers beyond the Chap app. Host events & manage venues Create and manage your venues and events — with photo galleries and recurring schedules — and let customers discover and book you. Track your performance Follow your orders, followers, and sales channels from a single dashboard. Chap Partner puts your business at the heart of the African community shopping near you.
