Playgeko Admin

Run your club from anywhere

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

PlayGeko Admin is the on-the-go management app for club owners and staff running their venue with PlayGeko — book courts, manage coaching sessions, and keep track of customers, all from your phone. MANAGE BOOKINGS ANYWHERE View your court schedule as a daily agenda or full multi-court grid. Create, edit, and check in bookings for players and coaching sessions in seconds — with automatic conflict detection so double-bookings never happen. COACHING, SIMPLIFIED Set up coaches with flexible weekly availability, multiple time blocks per day, and per-session pricing. Book coaching sessions directly against real-time coach and court availability. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR CUSTOMERS Search your full player base, add new players on the spot, and view booking history, payment status, and contact details at a glance. BUILT FOR YOUR TEAM Manage staff access, court settings, operating hours, and pricing — right from your phone or tablet, with full support for iPad and larger screens. Available in English and Arabic, with full right-to-left support. PlayGeko Admin requires an active PlayGeko club account. It's built for club owners and staff — not for players booking their own sessions (see the PlayGeko app for that).
