CHALLENGE P4WN Test your instincts against the lightweight P4wn chess engine across five search depths: • Novice — fast, forgiving and ideal for beginners • Casual — anticipates simple responses • Intermediate — balanced tactical play • Advanced — punishes common mistakes • Master — P4wn at maximum depth New difficulty levels are earned through play. Defeat the current level ten times to unlock the next challenge. PLAY FACE TO FACE Turn one iPhone into a shared chessboard. White sits at the bottom, Black sits at the top, and a clear turn indicator keeps the match moving without passing the phone back and forth. ENTER CHAOS MODE Forget traditional armies. Chaos Mode randomly swaps pieces into unpredictable combinations: three knights, four queens, extra pawns—or something completely different. Every side keeps exactly one king, but everything else can change. P4wn’s randomized army adapts to the selected difficulty. Lower levels receive more limited, pawn-heavy draws, while stronger levels gain access to increasingly dangerous pieces. Your army remains completely unrestricted. Defeat Intermediate Chaos Mode to unlock local Chaos Co-Op. BUILD YOUR NEURAL RANK Complete rotating daily missions, earn XP and climb through five ranks: • Initiate • Runner • Operator • Phantom • Neon Master Maintain your daily streak, unlock additive cyberpunk effects and track your tactical progress directly on your device. Rewarded ads are always voluntary and never interrupt active gameplay. Cyberboard combines classic chess with machine depth, local competition and randomized armies—all inside a clean neon interface.
