New Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, refreshed Live Activities, and improved Control Center shortcuts. Ask Maya now uses the Maya icon in Control Center. Improve with Maya helps you polish, shorten or translate a chat draft before you send it. This update also adds quotation and invoice payment progress, Tasks with Maya, reply reminders, and improvements to notification navigation and draft quotation privacy.

• Maya now speaks in a natural female voice, in Arabic and English, and talks like a real conversation. • Better Arabic: Maya understands Bahraini Arabic and always replies in Arabic or English. • Use Maya by voice in every client chat. • Performance and reliability improvements.

Interactive offers with centered prices and savings, connected actions, and an updated progress timeline. Reliability and security improvements.

Compare supplier offers by work package and approve one. Edit and delete supplier contracts. Your logo and brand colour on quotations. Service photos. Arabic uses the iPhone's own font. You're asked before Benyany's assistant uses AI services, with a Privacy setting to change it.

Improvements to offers and quotations, order loading and retry handling, and shared-project meeting access.

Edit site visit report observations, severity, risks and actions, with improved Arabic text and quotation formatting.

Set a quotation's total by hand and every line adjusts to match. Supplier prices written in the Gulf style (16/-) are now read correctly instead of arriving as zero. The assistant answers to the name you gave her throughout the app.

Offers now price correctly when Maya rewrites a supplier's quotation: a margin is a margin, the supplier's own VAT is taken off before yours is added, and quantities stay quantities. You can also address a quotation to a party other than the chat's client. Drawings and other landscape PDFs keep their real proportions, and stay sharp when you zoom in. Payments and accepted quotations now reach you even when a Focus is on.

Offers: sell a fixed-price package. When a client asks for one, the quotation is drafted for you at their price with your terms, so you send it instead of writing it. Set an advance percentage and accepting the offer issues an invoice the client can pay straight away. Also in this release: material and finish selection, project scopes and staging, vendor quotations, a finance hub with expenses and statements, and Maya can now take instructions by voice or text.

Invoice and quotation PDFs: the totals no longer print over the footer. When a room preview can't be generated, the app now explains why instead of reporting that Maya isn't connected.

Supplier contracts on a project: record a contract from a supplier or subcontractor, paid in milestones. Maya can read their PDF and fill it in; billing a milestone creates the bill in Finance. Design photos: every shopping-list item has a number, and Maya pins each one on the photos where she sees it. Tap a pin to see every photo and space it's used in, move it, relink it or remove it. Pinch to zoom. Same material in several spaces: Maya shares it instead of listing it twice, and Materials > Tidy up duplicates merges the ones already repeated. Store: picking a product for a list item links it straight to the item. Catalogue: price per piece, m², box and more; a private supplier and supplier code; category pickers. Chats: Projects and Leads filters. Floor plans: rename floors, pinch to zoom, new pin types.

Maya can now rewrite a supplier's quotation as yours: hand her the PDF, photo or Word file in her sheet, name the margin, and confirm. She also resells quotations other businesses sent you in a business chat, with a margin. Card payments go through 3-D Secure. Products can be sent into the chat and added to the cart by either side; orders show a delivery timeline. Invoices take several lines, photos and files, and say how to pay. Quotations can be revised, withdrawn, and issued without VAT. Materials: parts of an area can be pinned in several places, renamed or removed.

Flooring can now take more than one material in a single area - decking, paths and planting beds each get their own choice, pinned to where they go on the plan so you can see exactly which part you are approving. You can sign out from the home screen again.

You can now sign in with Google or Apple as well as your phone number. Arabic prints correctly on quotations and invoices, places you send show a real address rather than coordinates, and photos and files upload faster.
