Pick Car sales, Real estate, Insurance, Home services or General and Clinch sets up your stages, its vocabulary ("Test drive", "Showing"), your loss reasons, a follow-up plan and message templates to match. Real estate gets separate Buyer and Seller pipelines. Change it any time in Settings. COMMISSION Set a percentage or a flat amount and every deal shows what you'll make. Reports adds Earned this period and Expected commission on your open pipeline, and you can set a commission target.
