Every unit you destroy is one you can then take for yourself - find the helipad, the armour depot or the hangar and fly it, or drive it, out of there. OWN THE CITY Thirteen properties are up for sale across the map, from a ramen bar to a data vault. Buy the deed and it pays rent every minute; develop it through three levels and it pays far more. Rival crews will come for what you own, so get there and defend it or lose it. THE MOD SHOP Oil slicks that spin out whatever is on your bumper, a smoke screen that breaks the line of sight the police are chasing you on, and hood guns you can fire on the move. CHAPTER 3 Two new jobs: crack open a security van and take what falls out of it, then walk into Meridian Trust and get the vault back to the garage before the whole city lands on you. BIGGER AIR Ramps launch far steeper, and there is finally enough control in the air to bring a full 360 round and land it clean. ALSO Cars now show the damage they have taken before they catch fire. A zoom setting for players who want a larger picture. Overhead traffic signals you can actually read. An animated title screen. Bigger steering controls. And a fix for The Speedway Job, which could not be started at all.

STUNT RAMPS Neon launch ramps are scattered across the city pavements. Hit one at speed and you leave the ground properly - sail over traffic, junctions and rooftops. Air time, spins and clean landings all pay out, and three new achievements are waiting for the big ones. NEON SPEEDWAY SEASON The racing is now a five-event season across five distinct circuits - Neon Oval, Hairpin Alley, Chicane Mile, Spiral Docks and The Gauntlet. Each win unlocks the next, and the difficulty climbs with more laps, a fuller grid, quicker rivals and a narrower road. A new track select screen lets you replay any circuit you have already beaten. SIXTEEN NEW VEHICLES Thirty car designs now circulate, from a stubby city compact to a fire engine, garbage truck, hearse, tow truck and gold supercar. They are properly sized too, so a truck shoulders a hatchback out of the way instead of bouncing off it. GUNPLAY REBUILT Shots now lead moving targets, respect line of sight, and hold their lock instead of snapping between enemies. Hits register properly and confirm with a marker and impact sound. On-foot combat feels like aiming rather than hoping. THE RADIO Six stations, fifteen original tracks, and stations that carry on playing while you listen to something else - tune back and the song is where you left it, not restarted. CHAPTER 2: THE SYNDICATE Five new story missions pick up where Chapter 1 left off - NEW MANAGEMENT, SHAKEDOWN, GRAND THEFT, THE SPEEDWAY JOB and BLACKOUT - with new kinds of work: wreck a crew of vehicles, steal a specific car to order, and win a race at Neon Speedway. 50 NEON CHIPS Hidden across the city, each one saved the moment you grab it, with cash rewards that climb and a callout every tenth chip. Uncollected chips nearby show up on your minimap. 27 ACHIEVEMENTS Checked against your lifetime stats, with an unlock popup and a two-column viewer in the pause menu. RAIN Storms now roll in and out on their own. Wet tarmac genuinely cuts your grip, so a chase in the rain is a different drive.
