Tablee now links your iPhone and your computer, and speaks four languages. AN ACCOUNT, ONLY IF YOU WANT ONE Tablee still works without an account. An optional account brings your plans to your computer, in the web app at app.tablee-app.com, and brings back the ones you prepared there. Sign in with Apple, with a code sent by email, or with the QR code shown on your computer. One swipe adds an iPhone event to your account. Your purchases count on iPhone, iPad and computer. Allergens and reduced mobility only go to your account with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You can delete your account from the app. FIVE TABS, AS ON THE COMPUTER Room, Guests, Rules, Plan, Documents. Plan becomes a report: the score, the trade-offs, every table; tap one to find it in the Room. The overview and the settings open when you tap the event's name. A ROOM TO YOUR MEASUREMENTS Width and depth set to the tenth of a metre. Every element can be renamed, resized and rotated in 15° steps. New elements: restroom, pillar, speaker. Every table shape: oval, imperial, U-shape, cabaret, high top. GUESTS, FASTER • Quick add: one name per line, and "Emma & Louis Dubois" makes a household. • Import from an Excel or PDF file, on top of CSV, paste and Contacts. • A Groups screen, to gather or spread out each group. • Deleting a guest also removes their rules, once you confirm. • A rule becomes strict, or stops being strict, right from its card. GERMAN AND SPANISH The app is fully translated into German and Spanish, alongside French and English: screens, solver explanations, printed documents. Import recognises column headers in all four languages. ALSO • The free plan now covers one event, up to 5 tables, as on the computer. Events you already created stay open. • An event can be exchanged as a .tablee file with another device or with your computer. • Printed documents no longer overflow, however long the names. • On the room plan, first names sit at a constant distance from their chair, and zoom follows your pinch. • Event cards show the type, the countdown and the share of confirmed guests. • Deleting an event asks for confirmation. • Without iCloud, a clear sentence replaces the error message. • On iPad, the documents use the full height of the screen.

Seating your guests just became child's play. NEW — Table view Each table appears in large, one per page, with a readable first name on every chair. Swipe to move between them. NEW — Move guests with your finger Hold a guest and drag them onto another chair: the target seat lights up, its occupant steps aside, and the two swap places. Precise seats Every guest now occupies a specific chair. An empty seat between two guests stays empty, and printed seat numbers match those on screen exactly. A clearer room plan First names appear as you zoom, two buttons control the scale, the view frames your tables rather than the empty room, and two tables can no longer overlap. New tables for 4, both round and banquet. Accessibility Text now follows your iOS text size settings, and guest replies are shown by a symbol, not only by a colour. A redesigned welcome in six illustrated pages, and screens that make better use of the width on iPad.
