Search a single product, like a specific 2x4 or a box of screws, and compare prices from the configured sources to help estimate a job.
Also in BuildHound:
• Job material lists: add materials by photo, barcode, or manual entry, and keep a running list per property or project
• AI photo match: point the camera at a material and let BuildHound suggest a match, with your confirmation before anything is added
• On-device length estimate: on supported hardware, get a quick field measurement to help with a quick estimate -- always double-check before cutting or ordering
• DIY Pro and Contractor subscriptions: raise your active-job limit and add price history for ongoing projects
The free tier includes single-item price search and one active job.
BuildHound does not process payments outside Apple's In-App Purchase system, and does not perform automatic purchasing on your behalf. Store-level availability is not independently verified; treat listed items as a starting point for your own confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Current prices and terms are shown in the app before you buy.
