And the paywall finally says so: painting is listed as what it is, instead of appearing only once you're locked out of it. A dream is gone about ninety seconds after you open your eyes. This update puts Dreamgate on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, so you can catch one without opening the app at all. - One tap and you're recording. No unlocking the app, no PIN, no typing. - It stops itself. Fall asleep mid-sentence and the recording ends on its own — and saves. - Speak now, read later. Dreamgate saves the audio first and writes it out afterwards, so a dream survives even when a whisper defeats the transcriber. - A Lock Screen widget, so you never have to hunt for the app in the dark. - While you record, a Live Activity keeps the timer and a stop button in the Dynamic Island. - By morning the same tile changes: last night's dream, ready to interpret or to paint. Privacy, unchanged. The widget can add a new dream and nothing else — it never shows you dreams you have already saved. Those still need your PIN. You can hide the dream text on the widget in Settings. Everything on the widget speaks your language: English, Português, Español.

- New: share a reading as plain text. Settings → Interpretation lens → "Share readings as plain text". Sends just the reading and a single line naming the lens, with no heading, dream quote or link — for when you are moving a reading into your own notes or passing it to someone who only needs the words.

- Fixed: sharing your dream artwork works again. The share button could do nothing at all after painting a dream — now it opens properly, and if anything does go wrong it tells you instead of failing silently.

Choose your interpretation lens when you set up Dreamgate — Jungian, Spiritist, Jewish, Christian or Islamic. It used to sit unnoticed in Settings. Dream symbols now follow the lens you chose. Where a sourced reading exists for your tradition you'll see that one instead of the psychological line, starting with the Spiritist readings, in your language. Everything stays reflection, never prediction.

Dictation now survives a pause. If you spoke a long dream, every time you paused the app replaced what you'd already said instead of continuing after it — so you'd finish narrating and find only your last sentence there. The only way around it was to stop and start the microphone for each sentence, like a walkie-talkie. Now you can just talk. Pause to think, keep going, and everything stays. Thank you to the tester who found this by actually trying to narrate a whole dream rather than a single test sentence.

A dream is only half the story. What was happening in your life that week is the other half, and Dreamgate has always fed that into its AI readings — it was just buried at the bottom of the capture form where almost nobody reached it. Now it sits directly under your dream, with its own microphone. At 7am, saying "work has been awful and I keep thinking about my friend" takes five seconds; typing it takes willpower you don't have yet. You can also now choose your dictation language separately from the app's language. Dreamgate's interface is in English, Portuguese and Spanish, but your phone understands many more — so you can speak your dream in Arabic, French, Hindi, Turkish and others while reading an English interface. Previously the app assumed the language you read was the language you speak, which meant everyone else was quietly handed an English recogniser. And your account ID now appears in Settings, so if you ever need help with a purchase, we can actually find you.
