Roadworthy is the inspection and maintenance app for motor carriers operating under FMCSA rules. Roadworthy is a companion app for existing Roadworthy customers. You need an account from your fleet to sign in. Carriers can start at roadworthy.nrgroup.app. DRIVER VEHICLE INSPECTION REPORTS Run pre-trip and post-trip inspections from the cab, item by item, following 49 CFR 396.11. Sign electronically. It works offline — reports sync on their own when you get signal back, because the yard is where coverage is worst. DEFECTS THAT KEEP A CHAIN OF CUSTODY Every defect follows the path the regulation expects: reported, routed to repair, repaired, certified. Each step keeps who did it and when. Records are never overwritten and never deleted. WORK ORDERS THAT CARRY COST Turn defects into work orders with parts, labor and vendors. One shop visit is one work order, even when it closes five defects, and the cost stays attached to the item that caused it. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE Programs by miles, engine hours or days, due on whichever comes first. Odometer readings arrive from inspections and fuel entries, so the schedule stays current without anyone retyping it. FUEL AND CONSUMPTION Log fill-ups and read miles per gallon and cost per mile. Consumption is measured full tank to full tank, and DEF is left out of the math, because it is emissions, not propulsion. ANNUAL INSPECTIONS Track which vehicles are in date, expiring or expired under 49 CFR 396.17. ROADSIDE Show an officer the vehicle's current status from a QR code on the truck. BUILT FOR THE AUDIT Compliance records are immutable in the database itself, not by convention. When an investigator asks, the audit packet is already assembled.
