With Roomed, a medical assistant taps a room to notify a provider. Providers can see waiting rooms and elapsed wait times, tap Enter room when they arrive, and tap I’m out when they leave.
ROOM COORDINATION
• Send room-ready alerts to a specific provider or all providers in your clinic.
• See waiting rooms with live timers and the longest waits first.
• Keep track of rooms you have entered on your phone.
• Undo or cancel a room notification when plans change.
CHAPERONE REQUESTS
Request a chaperone from a room card. Medical assistants can claim the request and mark it complete, so the provider can see who is responding.

A refreshed interface with clear room labels, prominent actions, and matching light and dark appearances. Layouts adapt to larger text sizes.
SIMPLE SETUP
Create a clinic, choose your room labels, and invite colleagues with a QR code or clinic code. Each team member chooses a provider or medical-assistant role. No separate Roomed username or password is needed; an iCloud account is required.
Roomed supports notification alerts and Lock Screen Live Activity wait timers. Notification permission and network availability affect delivery. The full team workflow requires multiple devices in the same clinic.
Designed for staff coordination, Roomed does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Use room labels and staff names; do not enter patient names or other patient information.
