OUTSIDE FIRST Screen Time
Walk 5 min, then unlock apps
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Reclaim your mornings. Step outside 5 minutes, unlock apps. Send feedback directly. A healthier first habit, one walk at a time.
OUTSIDE FIRST turns your morning phone habit into a healthy outdoor ritual.
Before you scroll social media, step outside for just 5 minutes of sunlight and movement. OUTSIDE FIRST locks the apps you choose, then unlocks them the moment your outdoor walk is complete.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps and time windows you want to manage.
2. OUTSIDE FIRST blocks them until you complete a 5-minute outdoor session.
3. Walk, move, get some sunlight, and your apps unlock automatically.
WHY IT WORKS
- Builds a calmer, more intentional start to your day
- Replaces doom-scrolling with sunlight and movement
- No willpower needed, the app handles the discipline for you
- Pairs with Apple Watch for a seamless outdoor timer
OUTSIDE FIRST is built for anyone who wants to stop letting their phone run their morning. Set it once, and every day begins with fresh air instead of a feed.
Start your first walk tomorrow morning.
