Promotions · Set a promotion on a schedule that repeats every week. Pick the days and the time range, including one that runs past midnight, such as 22:00-02:00. · A timed promotion counts the time each item was ordered, not the time you take payment. · When the time is up, the discount clears itself off the screen, on both the staff side and the customer side. · Every screen and every slip shows which lines got a discount and how much, and which lines are not part of the deal. · Buy X get Y, where the paid items and the free items overlap, no longer turns an item the customer paid for into the free one. Scan to order and tables · A customer scanning at a table can enter a name, and that name follows the order everywhere it shows up. · You can create more than one counter QR code and name each one, and the name travels with the order everywhere. · Table QR codes printed fresh each time can carry your own message under the code. · Payment methods now include one you set up yourself, and the counter and the table are set up separately. · Table mode shows the customer how many orders are ahead, and calls out loud when their turn comes. · Switch an item off from any screen and it matches on both the staff side and the customer menu. Kitchen and order screens · When part of a bill has been split off and paid, open the card to see which lines are already paid and how much is left to collect. · Orders no longer go missing once a shop builds up more than a thousand lines. · Tick several orders and mark them done; the ones paid by transfer with an approved slip are closed as transfer sales right away. · Rows of chips and carried-over day chips can be scrolled. · Take payment split across two channels straight from the order screen. · History on the kitchen screen matches the receipts, even for orders already paid. Printed slips · The order ticket shows it all: full price, discount and the amount after the discount, with a total at the end of every ticket. · Split tickets by product group, and choose which printer prints which group. · The table-opening QR slip is now separate from the order ticket and can use a printer of its own. · Less paper: about 2 cm of blank space trimmed from the top and bottom of every slip. · LAN printers no longer drop jobs sent back to back, and one failed print no longer leaves the kitchen without tickets for the rest of the day. Stock and bills · Void, refund or edit a bill and the stock comes back exactly as it was taken, straight from the stock ledger. · After part of a bill is split off and paid, the items already paid for are no longer held against stock twice. · Raise your prices while bills are still open and a held bill keeps the price from the time it was held. · Order the same item again after a bill is split and the kitchen gets a correct new ticket. Settings and more · Change a setting on one device and the others follow right away, with no need to close and reopen the app. · The today's sales bar on the sell screen can be switched off for the whole shop. · An option group can set its "choose up to N" limit by number of choices or by total quantity. · Expense and income forms look up names you have saved before as you type, and names you no longer use can be hidden. · The add-to-cart screen has a new design, on both the staff side and the customer side. · An account signed up with a phone number can be linked to LINE. · The order call speaks the language each user has set.

Tables and held bills Merge two tables into one bill, pay for some items first, and see labels wherever a bill was moved, merged or split. Bills left from previous days are kept apart from today's, and removing a customer's item from a held bill also cancels it in the kitchen. Scan to order Tables can require payment first, with the kitchen starting once the order is paid. Foreign customers see product and option names in English, and tapping a category jumps straight to it. Payments Mixed payments can pair any two methods with change calculated for you, and backdated sales can include the time of each bill. Open and close your shop The closing screen and summary slip show totals by staff and what to check when cash is short or over. Income and expenses Record income other than sales, and record cash taken from the drawer as an expense right away. Documents and printers Set up each document type separately with a preview using your real products, send order tickets for each category to a different printer, and choose looped or loopless Thai letters. Invoices show the queue number and table name, and the app warns you when a Bluetooth printer is too far away or the signal is poor. Products and stock Limit how many choices can be picked in an option group, such as up to 3 toppings, and see who made each change in stock history. Reports Profit is calculated from sales excluding VAT, and delivery app GP fees can include VAT. Language Queue calls and new order sounds speak English when the app is set to English, and system screens such as photo picking and sharing follow your device language. Fixes - The app opens faster and no longer shows a loading error on a slow connection - Bluetooth printers that cut off printouts can send more slowly, and reconnect on their own after dropping - Automatic order tickets skip a printer that needs to be selected again, and other printers keep printing - The order sound no longer repeats when the order already appears on an open screen - Notifications that arrive while you use the app now show on screen instead of disappearing - Totals on held bill cards match the cart - Shops with many bills can be deleted without getting stuck - When signing in with LINE fails, the app tells you why

Open and close your shop Start the day with an Open shop button. When you close, count the cash and see your totals straight away, print a summary slip, and look it up later in reports. Owner alerts Choose which alerts you receive, such as cancelled bills, edited bills and cash drawer openings. Tables Customer scan orders and staff entries now share one bill, tables can be moved in every mode, and you can see at a glance which tables are occupied. Scan to order at the counter Customers can choose to pay by cash or transfer, and confirming a cash payment records the bill for you. Promotions Promotions can apply automatically when the cart qualifies, with a minimum spend or required items. Products and expenses Add many products at once, choose which options allow a quantity, and copy expenses from another day. Customer menu Close ordering for today and reopen automatically tomorrow, or keep it closed until you open it again. Reports Sales by staff now shows cancelled bills and cash drawer openings per person, plus an hourly sales chart. Barcode scanning Use a barcode scanner or your phone camera. Scan and the item goes straight into the cart. It also works when adding products and counting stock. Cash drawer Connect it to your receipt printer and it opens by itself every time you take cash. You can look back at when it was opened, by whom, and why. Printers reconnect on their own Open the app and your printer is ready. No pairing it again every time. All the connection steps are now in one place. Ask customers for an address Shops that deliver can ask for an address after the phone number. Turn it on or off whenever you like. Expenses ahead of time Record an expense before it is due, kept separate from this month's total. Changing a product cost Choose whether past bills should follow the new cost. Easier sign-in Pick LINE or your phone number, and sign in with LINE from inside the app. Also in this update A clearer notification settings screen, a cash drawer report, a staff permission for viewing today's sales, a fully reviewed user guide, and a faster start-up.

Order alerts that keep ringing until answered Orders and staff calls that nobody has picked up repeat until you open the app, and now reach your device even when the app is closed. If you manage more than one shop, you no longer hear alerts from the other one. Manage tables from a single screen Tables are now a tab inside the held bills screen. You can move a bill to another table, and picking a table fills in the bill name for you. Customer scan-to-order menu Choose from 17 colour sets, with a redesigned cover image and logo, a category bar that sticks to the top while scrolling, and customers see it for themselves when you close their bill. Printers The test print is now your shop's real receipt, order tickets have three text sizes to choose from, and table QR signs print larger and easier to read. Product options Required option groups can now have a default, and opening the edit form no longer clears what you set. Reports The Excel export splits bills paid by mixed payment into two rows, divided by the cash and transfer amounts.
