OpsWB is the mobile companion to your OpsWB account: everything your team needs on site, in one app that stays in sync with the office.
TODAY'S WORK, FRONT AND CENTRE
See the day's visits the moment you open the app, with the customer, address and instructions a tap away. Tell the customer you're on your way, start the visit, add photos and mark the job complete without leaving the driveway.
JOBS, QUOTES AND INVOICES
Create and edit jobs with line items, schedule visits and raise an invoice when the work is done. Build quotes on the spot, send them for approval, and convert them straight into a job or an invoice. Record payments, share PDFs and keep an eye on what's overdue.
TIME AND PROJECTS
Start a timer against a project with one tap, or log time you've already worked. See hours and billable value for the day, week or month, and manage project rates and budgets.
EXPENSES AND MILEAGE
Log a trip with address lookup and automatic distance, and OpsWB creates the expense for you. Claim expenses with itemised receipts, approve or pay them, and duplicate regular journeys in seconds.
CUSTOMERS
Look up any customer, call or email them, and manage their properties, contacts, notes and documents. Raise a new quote or invoice for them without leaving their record.
TEAM AND PAYROLL
Keep employee details, pay rates, shifts, leave and payslips to hand, and run payroll from your phone.
POINT OF SALE AND STOCK
Take payments for parts and products with the built-in till, browse the catalogue and see stock levels.
BUILT FOR THE VAN
The app keeps a copy of what you've looked at, so schedules, jobs and customers are still there when the signal isn't. Trips and new customers you log offline are sent as soon as you're back online. Choose which sections sit on your tab bar and what your dashboard shows.
An OpsWB account is required. Sign in with the same details you use on the web, and your permissions and companies come with you.

• Sign up in the app – create your account and company in a couple of minutes and start a free trial straight away.
• Quick setup – tell us what kind of work you do and OpsWB tidies the app around it, showing only the parts you use, with your currency, VAT and payment terms ready for quotes and invoices.
• Made for iPad – OpsWB now runs full screen on iPad in portrait and landscape, with layouts that make the most of the bigger screen.
• Tidier menu – sections are grouped by Work, Sales & CRM, Store, People & Payroll, Time Tracking and Reporting. On iPad each group folds away, and the sidebar stays in place as you scroll.
• Point of sale on tablets – the cart sits beside your products when there's room, and the cart button stays clear of the menu when there isn't.
• Your subscription – company owners can check their free trial and plan from the More screen.
• Delete your account – you can now permanently delete your account from the More screen.
• Plus smaller fixes and improvements throughout.
