Photograph a meal and DeficitAI identifies what's on the plate and estimates its calories and macros, editable before you save, so a rough guess never silently enters your diary. Scan a barcode for packaged food, or search a growing database built from Open Food Facts, USDA data, and everything you and other users have already logged. YOUR PLAN, BUILT FOR YOU Your calorie and protein targets come from your own numbers — height, weight, age, sex, and activity level, using standard clinical equations, not a guess. Set your pace and see exactly when you'll reach your goal. Safety is built in, not bolted on. Targets never drop below clinically recognized minimums, and DeficitAI won't set an unsafe deficit no matter how aggressive a pace you ask for.
