Approxy is a native macOS utility for routing selected apps through an existing local proxy without turning on a system-wide tunnel.
Choose the apps you want to proxy, connect Approxy to a local SOCKS5 or HTTP CONNECT endpoint, and leave every other app on its normal direct connection.

Approxy requires macOS 13 or later. Enabling the proxy for the first time requires approval of its system extension and network configuration in macOS System Settings.
