The refill you want isn't on the shelf. Mékery makes refill PDFs for the ring planner you already carry, and prints them on the printer you already own. Pick one of the templates, or split the page yourself and build the layout you have in mind. ■ Four planner sizes A5, Bible (95 × 170 mm), Mini 6 (80 × 126 mm) and M5 (62 × 105 mm). The binding edge is held back as a band, so punching the holes never cuts through a rule. Set its width in 0.1 mm steps to match your own rings. ■ Five templates, ready to print • Monthly block — Japanese public holidays in colour, rokuyo optional. Always six rows, so the front and the back of a sheet line up. • Weekly vertical — a full 0 to 24 hours. The hours you actually use stay wide while early morning and late night are squeezed. Set the range with a two-handle slider. • Grid • Ruled • Vertical ruled Grid and rule spacing runs from 2.5 to 10 mm in 0.5 mm steps. ■ Or build your own Split the page into rows or columns. Split one of those again. That is the whole of it. There is no cell merging, because nesting already does the job. What you can place in a block: • Grid, dots, horizontal rules, vertical rules, a table, text, a fill • Monthly block, weekly vertical, weekly horizontal, hour axis A calendar you place shrinks to fit its block. Shrinking the layout alone would crush the type, so you choose how: stretch the divisions only, scale the whole thing evenly, or leave it at its original size. Save a combination you use often as a part, and give it a name. Fix the part and every place you put it follows. That is what separates it from copying. Facing pages are supported, and a design can repeat month by month or week by week. ■ Actual size, or several to a sheet The actual-size PDF carries trim marks, so you know where to cut. Bible, Mini 6 and M5 can also be tiled on A4 — two, four or six per side. Tiled pages are ordered so that, once cut, the front and the back of each slip belong together. ■ Tuned to your printer Home printers shrink the page a little, and the two sides of a duplex print never quite agree. Mékery corrects the binding margin, the paper height and the duplex offset in 0.1 mm steps. Print the alignment sheet, measure the crosses with a ruler, and the correction applies to every template. ■ Nothing leaves the device No account, no sign-in, no ads. The PDF is built on your phone and is never uploaded anywhere. The interface is available in English, Japanese and Korean. Please note that the printed sheet itself is Japanese: weekday names, Japanese era years and rokuyo are set in Japanese type, and Korean characters cannot be printed.
