Neole helps you record expenses and income, review your activity and understand your spending.
Capture an entry by voice, typing, manual entry, a selected receipt or screenshot, or an action in Apple Shortcuts. Choose a default Pocket and currency for captures. Valid Log Expense captures can save automatically; turn on Review Every Purchase when you prefer to check them first. Uncertain results and selected-image or supplied-text captures stay editable for review.
Organize your records with categories, budgets, recurring entries and separate Pockets. See period totals, ask supported spending questions and open the transactions behind an answer. Record full or partial refunds against a purchase, and record transfers already made between your local Pockets in the same currency. Transfers affect balances without inflating spending or income.
Set up optional Apple Pay capture with Apple Shortcuts. On iOS 27 and later, Neole includes a prepared shortcut you can import and configure; earlier supported versions have guided manual instructions. You choose the automation settings and enable it in Shortcuts. Capture Health shows what reached Neole, and a connection check tests delivery without adding spending. Neole cannot silently activate an automation or read unrestricted Wallet history.
Import and export CSV files, or create a complete local backup of your records and selected preferences. Review a backup before replacing local data. Existing history and export remain available when paid access expires.
Optional features include app lock, privacy-controlled widgets, nearby merchant suggestions, and on-device Apple Intelligence refinement on supported devices. Share a selected Pocket privately through iCloud and record exact expense splits with people you invite. Payments and split settlements happen outside Neole.
No Estuaire account, advertising or tracking SDK is required. Neole does not browse your email inbox or message history. You can explicitly supply selected text through Shortcuts for local parsing and review. Records remain local unless you choose sharing, export or backup. Apple manages subscriptions and any eligible introductory offer shown at purchase.
