Sleepful combines sleep tracking with a smart alarm, helping you review detailed sleep data and wake within a time window you choose. No wearable required. Start tracking at night. When you stop tracking, your report is ready with the key details from your night. TRACK YOUR SLEEP Sleepful shows time in bed and time asleep, together with sleep stages and a sleep quality score. Your report also includes sleep efficiency and sleep balance, giving you several ways to review each tracked night in one place. SMART ALARM Set a wake window for the time you want to get up. Sleepful wakes you at the lightest minute within that window and never after the end time you selected. The alarm screen shows the active wake window for the night, and you can also adjust it from Profile. SEE YOUR SLEEP OVER TIME Open Statistics to look beyond a single night. Switch between weekly, monthly and six-month views and follow metrics such as time asleep, efficiency, quality and sleep balance. Sleepful can also show changes in your wake time, helping you compare your nights over a longer period. BUILD YOUR SLEEP ROUTINE In Profile, you can set a sleep goal, choose a sleep schedule, adjust your wake window and add sleep notes and reminders. Breath sensing and Sleep Clips are also available in Profile.
