App name: AG Evaluation Apple ID: 6799895231 Bundle ID: com.angiang.evaluation AG Evaluation is an internal workflow tool for the Public Administration Reform (PAR) Index programme of An Giang province, Vietnam. Its only users are civil servants of provincial departments and People's Committees who have been assigned to PAR Index work. The app is not suitable for public distribution because: - All accounts are provisioned by the provincial authority. There is no self-registration, and the app is unusable without an assigned account. - All content is internal government working data: scoring criteria, evidence records, appraisal comments and approval status for provincial agencies. - The audience is a fixed, closed group of assigned civil servants, not a general consumer audience. Users are not all managed through Apple Business Manager and many use personally owned devices, so unlisted distribution via a direct link is the appropriate channel. The install link will be distributed through internal official channels of the provincial authority. The app has been submitted to App Review (submission e080dccf-12ef-4e64-92c9-ea0ea53daa5f) and the Review Notes state that it is intended for unlisted distribution. Our request for unlisted app distribution was APPROVED by Apple on 29/08/2026. The app's distribution method in App Store Connect is now set to Unlisted App.
