牙齿小队把每天的刷牙变成一场轻松的小任务。孩子跟着牙齿队长刷满 2 分钟，把四个区域都刷到，完成后收集星星和贴纸。想吃零食时，还能从 16 种常见食物中了解哪些饿了可以选、哪些适合放到正餐后，以及口渴时为什么应该先喝水。
孩子可以：
