Nobody tells you. Not your manager, not your friend, not the person you were arguing with. Listening Fox does.
Record a conversation you're part of, and a few minutes later you get the transcript, who said what, and an honest read of your half of it. Where you interrupted. What you asked, and what you talked past. The habit you reach for when it gets tense. Rehearsal gets you ready for a conversation. This tells you what happened in the one you just had.

PRACTICE OUT LOUD
Rehearse before it happens. Roleplay scenarios where you answer out loud in your own words, and live voice practice where an AI counterpart pushes back the way the real person might. Both are graded on what you actually said, not on whether you got through it.
ONE HABIT AT A TIME
Pick a habit and the app watches for it in your real conversations. It marks the days you applied it and the days you slipped. You build it in the conversations you were having anyway.
YOUR RECORDINGS STAY YOURS
Delete any conversation, or your whole account, from Settings. Record only conversations you're permitted to record.
Listening Fox is not therapy and not advice about other people. It's a mirror for the one part of a conversation you can actually change: your half.
