FROM RECEIPT TO RECORD
Take a photo or choose an image. The scanner prepares the details so you can review the date, amount and account before saving. You can also enter transactions manually and attach up to three photos.
EVERY ACCOUNT IN ITS PLACE
Choose accounts from the catalog or create the ones your church needs. Organize funds, tithes, offerings and expenses with recognizable names and icons. Search transactions and filter by period, account or type.
REPORTS READY TO SHARE
Review income, expenses and available funds. Choose a month or date range, see the breakdown by category and share the report as a PDF. Excel export is also available.
WORK AS A TEAM
Invite others and assign their permissions. Each person signs in with their own account. Organize your church's departments or locations while keeping their records separate. Access the same information on your phone, tablet or computer.
PERSONAL GIVING RECORDS
When your church enables member access, members can view their own tithes and offerings and report a contribution for the treasurer to review. Pending submissions are shown separately from confirmed contributions. Each member accesses their own information.
TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTION
Eligible new churches can start a 14-day trial without a card. After the trial, choose a monthly or annual plan. The app shows the price and terms before you confirm a purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off renewal through the store. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
