WHAT IS STACKING?
Stacking is the Stacks blockchain's consensus mechanism. STX holders lock tokens to help secure the network, and every reward cycle (about two weeks) Bitcoin flows from miners to Stackers, as BTC for solo stackers or as sBTC through a pool. It is the only major protocol whose native reward is actual Bitcoin. Perch watches the chain so you can watch it land.
Perch is a watch-only tool built on StacksKit, an open-source Swift SDK for Stacks. It is not a wallet, an exchange, or a financial institution. Yields float from cycle to cycle and pool to pool, and past payouts do not guarantee future rewards.
