Klinote records the visit and drafts your clinical note for you. Spend the appointment with your patient, not with the keyboard.
HOW IT WORKS
1. The patient signs consent on screen.
2. You record the consultation (up to 45 minutes, depending on your plan).
3. AI transcribes the audio and drafts a structured report, section by section.
4. You review, edit and validate it. Once validated, the audio is deleted automatically.
TEMPLATES BY SPECIALTY
General practice, nursing, mental health and veterinary. Working with different sections? Build your own template: reason for visit, history, current illness, examination, tests, medication, clinical impression, plan and follow-up.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
• Transcripts, reports and signatures are stored only on your device.
• Audio travels over a secure connection, is processed temporarily and deleted from the server as soon as it finishes.
• The server keeps no clinical data and no patient names.
• Handwritten consent with a verification hash, viewable and revocable at any time.
• Face ID or fingerprint lock.
• Wipe all local data whenever you want.
BUILT FOR REAL PRACTICE
• Patients are identified by alias, never by full name.
• Copy the note into your EHR with one tap, or share it as text.
• Regenerate the report for a different take, as long as you keep the audio.
• If the network fails, the audio is kept so you can retry later.

• Free trial: 3 consultations in total, up to 20 minutes each.
• Professional: 50 consultations a month, up to 45 minutes each.
