Mark one meatless day and see the water, CO₂ and animals you spared. Streaks, challenges and groups to keep you going past day three. One meatless day is one of the simplest things a person can do for the planet. Go Green exists to show you how much it adds up to. Food is the environmental decision you make three times a day — and the only one whose result you never see. The water, the land, the emissions all happen far from your plate. This app brings that math back within reach. EVERY DAY BECOMES IMPACT Log a meatless day and see what it stands for: liters of water that didn't have to be used, kg of CO₂e that weren't emitted, animals spared. It isn't a game score — it's the cost of producing the food that wasn't ordered. THE MONTH, AND THE YEAR The calendar shows the whole month at a glance; the chart shows the months before it. The total only grows, and watching it grow is the only way small repeated choices ever feel like a big number. ONE TAP A DAY At the end of the day, mark how it went: meatless, no red meat, or a regular day. No calorie counting, no weighing food, no meal plan. A regular day isn't failure — it's the data that makes the rest mean something. RED MEAT WEIGHS MORE Beef dominates the water and carbon footprint of a plate, far above chicken, fish or eggs. That's why "no red meat" is its own kind of day here, with smaller but real factors — dropping just beef already moves the number, and pretending it doesn't count turns away the people most likely to do it. CONSISTENCY, NOT HEROICS Your streak counts consecutive days, and the monthly goal is yours to set — start at 4 and raise it when it feels right. Four days every month adds up to more by December than one perfect week in January. A daily reminder helps, and it clears itself the moment you log the day. TOGETHER IT'S A BIGGER NUMBER Create a group, send the 6-character code, and follow the month together: days, water saved, CO₂e avoided. Five people eating differently add up to more than one flawless person — and it's easier to keep going with the people at your table. CHALLENGES WITH CLEAR RULES Meatless Mondays, 7 days in a row, 30 days in a month. Each counts in the right unit: a Monday challenge shows "3/4 Mondays", not "3/4 days". Progress comes from your check-ins — nothing to log twice. HOLD ON For when the craving hits. A 4-4-6 breathing pacer, a reminder of why you started, the size of what you've already saved, and a quick recipe to solve dinner right now. RECIPES AND PLACES Recipes with ingredients and steps, plus a live search for vegetarian and vegan restaurants near you, on the map, with directions. WHERE THE NUMBERS COME FROM The water, CO₂e and animal estimates come from public research (Mekonnen & Hoekstra 2012; Poore & Nemecek 2018; Animal Charity Evaluators), converted to a per-day figure by the app. They're honest approximations meant to give your choice a sense of scale, not measurements of your plate — the methodology screen shows the math and links the sources. An app that talks about the environment owes you that. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED No email, no password, no social login. Open it and start. Go Green doesn't want you to change your identity. It wants you to count the days.

The onboarding is a different thing now. Six screens, and Tofu shows up in every one: running at the start, wearing a medal on the challenges screen, celebrating at the end. Each step has its own illustration, none repeat. The daily reminder can be turned on right there, at whatever time you pick, instead of sitting hidden in settings. It stays optional: moving on without it costs nothing, and the time is yours to change later. Your name still comes at the end, and it's still optional. Skip it with "not now" and go straight in. The writing across the app also got a punctuation pass. Nothing changed meaning, it just reads easier.
