BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR
Standing mode moves every control into the bottom third of the screen and roughly doubles the size of it, so you can log a client's set with one hand while the other is on their ankle. A minus, a number and a plus — not a stepper you have to look at.
A WATCH APP, NOT A MIRROR
Run the whole session from your wrist with the phone in a locker: today's sessions, who is next, the three lines you need to recall about the client in front of you, and a surface to log sets. It reconciles when the phone comes back.
VOICE NOTES THAT BECOME SEARCHABLE
Dictate a note between sets. Only the words are kept — the recording never leaves the phone — and what you said is searchable across the whole roster afterwards.
PROGRAMMES, WRITTEN OR DRAFTED
Build a block yourself, or have a draft written from the client's own history and edit it before anyone sees it. Nothing reaches a client until you send it. Twenty-five drafts are included every month; more are sold in packs.
CHECK-INS THAT ANSWER THEMSELVES
Ask once, and the answers arrive with the weigh-ins, the sessions and the food already beside them, so you are reading a week rather than assembling one.
YOU CANNOT READ WHAT THEY DID NOT SHARE
Every client chooses what you may see, category by category, and can take any of it back. That is enforced by the encryption, not by a setting. Sleep, resting heart rate and HRV are never available to you in any circumstance — the code that could read them is not in this app.
IT WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
Gyms have bad reception. Everything you write is kept on the device and sent when there is a connection, and one line tells you exactly what has not gone yet.
IPAD AND IPHONE
The roster reads well on an iPad at the desk and on a phone on the floor, with the same data behind both.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24
hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal
within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and
cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
