• Spanish and French help now opens in your language, with Excel checklist examples and import, export and backup guidance. • Rating invitations now follow the same rules for free, trial and lifetime Pro users, after successful exports and with the existing frequency limits. • Spanish Excel lists now recognize Código and Cantidad automatically, preserving identifiers and expected quantities. • Rating invitations wait until sharing finishes. Returning to the export screen resumes an unattempted invitation without counting the same export again.

• A clearer workspace for projects, scanning, and records. • Improved record search, filters, and review of missing or duplicate items. • More consistent layouts on iPhone and iPad, including larger text sizes. • Fixed an issue where retained scans could be marked as missing after deleting an original record or restoring older project data.

• Import Excel (.xlsx) lists with worksheet selection, column mapping, and a preview before importing. • Look up details from your imported list offline without adding scan records or changing counts. • Refreshed icons for a clearer, more consistent interface. • Improved import validation, report exports, and protection for completed projects.

Updated App Store screenshots and product information to explain CSV checklist import, offline scanning, and report export more clearly.

ScanLedger now supports Spanish, Japanese, German, and French. Improved localized labels and sample audits make it easier to scan and reconcile inventory in the field.

Export scan records, reconciliation results, and stocktake summaries as Excel (.xlsx) files. Enjoy more consistent settings and export buttons, improved empty states, and clearer scanner feedback. Export and backup generation now runs in the background. This update also improves evidence photo references, prevents export files from overwriting one another, and fixes EAN-13 printing in compact label layouts.

Enjoy more compact, consistent tab headers and quick access to Pro at the top of Settings. Send feedback with app, device, and system details, open the App Store review page from Settings, and see better-timed rating requests after successful exports.

Find missing assets faster with clearer inventory-audit workflows. The 14-day Pro preview now clearly states that it never auto-renews, and rating prompts appear only after successful work.

Try a complete sample audit from the empty Projects screen. This update also improves English localization and makes ScanLedger's offline CSV reconciliation workflow clearer.

Improved App Store presentation and localized discovery metadata. ScanLedger's barcode inventory, checklist matching, exception review, and export workflow are unchanged.
