Turn client appointment requests and screenshots into Apple Calendar bookings and ready replies. New: reply tones, service presets, and safer Undo. BookingSolved turns appointment requests from your clients into Apple Calendar bookings, open-time suggestions, and ready-to-send replies. A client writes "Could I book Tuesday at 2?" BookingSolved reads the request you choose, checks your Apple Calendar, and prepares the appointment. Nothing changes in your Calendar until you approve it, and you send every reply yourself. HOW IT WORKS • Add a request: paste text, choose a screenshot, or use the Share Sheet. Only what you choose is read. • Review the details: service, date, time, and duration are found on your iPhone. Anything missing or unclear, like "next Friday", is flagged instead of guessed. • Approve: BookingSolved checks your Calendar and prepares the new appointment, reschedule, or cancellation for your approval. • Reply: an editable confirmation is ready in a Friendly, Professional, or Concise tone. BOOK APPOINTMENTS FROM REQUESTS "Tuesday at 2 works!" becomes a proposed appointment checked against your Calendar. BookingSolved re-checks right before saving and won't create a duplicate if you tap twice. SHARE YOUR OPEN TIMES When a client asks for availability, get a few open times within your business hours, around existing appointments, using each service's duration and buffer time. If the requested time is taken, you get nearby alternatives. RESCHEDULE AND CANCEL SAFELY "Can we move it an hour later?" finds the existing appointment, shows a before-and-after preview, and moves it only when you approve. Cancellations show the exact event first. Undo checks that nothing changed in Calendar before reversing anything. SERVICE PRESETS FOR SMALL BUSINESSES Starter service lists for salons, barbershops, nail studios, cleaning services, auto detailing, tutoring, and more. Edit every service name, duration, and prep or travel buffer. No prices are stored. KEEP YOUR CURRENT WORKFLOW No new booking portal and no connected inbox. Clients keep contacting you the way they already do. BookingSolved never reads your conversations in the background and never contacts clients. Apple Calendar stays your source of truth. PRIVACY Requests and screenshots are processed on your device and are not uploaded. There is no account. Purchases are handled by Apple and RevenueCat, which receive an anonymous ID and purchase status, never your messages or Calendar data.
