Track handmade products placed at consignment shops, from home stock to sales and payouts. Consignment Sales Tracker helps artists, makers, crafters, and small sellers keep track of products, inventory, and payments across sales locations. MANAGE PRODUCTS AND STOCK Add products with a price, optional photo, and optional item code. See what you have at home and at each sales location. Record deliveries, additional stock, returns, and stock adjustments. TURN REMAINING STOCK INTO CLEAR RECORDS Enter the quantity left at a sales location to calculate what sold. Separate sales from non-sale decreases such as damage or loss before you save. You can also record sales directly and review changes in History. TRACK SALES AND SETTLEMENTS Set a commission rate for each sales location. Review sales, fees, expected payouts, and settlement records in one place. Record payments and check differences when amounts do not match. TAKE YOUR RECORDS WITH YOU Search products by name or item code. Import products from CSV, export records to CSV, and create a manual backup that includes product photos. Save it to Files or another destination you choose and restore it when needed. Your main business records are stored on your device; the app does not provide its own automatic cloud sync. GET STARTED AT YOUR PACE A three-step card helps you add a product, add a sales location, and record your first delivery. Open the three-page Getting Started guide whenever you need it. The app supports English and Japanese. New data can use JPY, USD, GBP, CAD, or AUD; amounts are not automatically converted between currencies. Free includes the core workflow with up to 10 active products and one active sales location. A one-time Pro purchase removes those limits and adds sales analytics and rankings. No subscription is required.
