Vote Clarity
See which party matches you
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Vote Clarity is a non-partisan, educational voting guide — not voting advice.
Answer short policy questions — around 70 to 90 depending on your country — weight what matters to you, and see how closely each major party's publicly stated policies line up with your answers. Every party is scored by the identical formula, every position is shown, and there is no thumb on the scale — you can expand each question to see exactly why.
• Matched to your country. The app shows the parties, questions and voting guide for the country you're in — Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom (including Scotland and Wales), Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, France and South Africa.
• See where you line up — and where parties agree. A full breakdown of every issue, plus a ranked view of where the parties find common ground.
• Ask a question. A built-in explainer covering where each party stands, how voting works, and how your match is worked out. The answers are a fixed, reviewed set — it never tells you who to vote for.
• Learn how voting works. A plain-English guide to registering and casting your ballot in your country.
• Privacy-first. No account, no name, no email. Taking part is anonymous and opt-in, and we do not sell your data.
• Free, with no ads and no party money. Optional donations keep it independent.
Vote Clarity is an educational guide, is not affiliated with any party or electoral authority, and summarises complex policies into single positions. Always read the parties' own material and confirm how to vote with your electoral commission.
Every official voting and registration link is now checked and current, including Scotland, Wales and France. The app also names the electoral authority behind each one.
