Homewheel turns home maintenance into a rhythm you can actually see. Instead of a flat list of due dates, it shows your year as a wheel — twelve month segments where task density tells you at a glance when your home needs attention and when it's quiet. Start from a built-in library of 30+ maintenance tasks — HVAC filters, gutter cleaning, water heater flushes, smoke detector tests, and seasonal jobs like winterizing outdoor faucets — each with a sensible default interval you can adjust. Add your own tasks for anything the library does not cover. Every completed task is logged to a history you can review later, so you always know what was done and when.
