Create, store and send business documents and electronic invoices directly on your iPhone or iPad with ws.e.invoice.
Supported e-invoice formats:
• Factur-X/ZUGFeRD, EN 16931 profile, as PDF/A-3 with embedded XML
• XRechnung 3.0.2 for the Germany country profile as authoritative XML with a readable PDF copy
• German B2G references: buyer reference (Leitweg-ID), supplier, project, contract, tender and invoiced-object references
Direct transmission via Peppol or to public-sector portals is not included. Generated XML files can be saved, shared or uploaded through the channel specified by the recipient.

Local data storage
Company, customer, item and document data are stored locally on the device by default. Data required for final document generation and requested email delivery is transmitted encrypted to the document service. Complete document contents are not stored permanently in the operator backend.
Demo and PREMIUM
Try ws.e.invoice free for 14 days. After the demo period, your locally stored data and document previews remain available. A monthly PREMIUM subscription is then required for final generation and sending of e-invoices and for PREMIUM import features. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings. The current price is shown in the app before purchase. Existing subscriptions can be restored.
The app supports the technical creation of electronic invoices. Content and tax correctness depend on the entered information and transaction. The app does not replace tax or legal advice.
