Access your patient's clinical record via authorized QR. Lab tables, medications, and medical documents, on iPhone and Mac — all encrypted. MentePrima Profesional de Salud is the app for physicians and healthcare professionals. Access your patient's record when they authorize you with an encrypted QR code. NO ACCESS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION: The patient controls who can view their record. You present your professional QR, the patient scans it and grants access. Each session is logged: who accessed, when, and from which institution. WHAT YOU CAN VIEW (with patient authorization): • Allergies, medical conditions, surgeries, and medical devices • Medications: table by month and table by medication name • Vital signs and lab results in tables, with reference ranges • Medical imaging, vaccines, and documents (prescriptions, ECG, hospital discharge) • Insurance, doctors, emergency contacts, and family history • Travel epidemiological information • Search across the whole record and your own notes YOUR PROFESSIONAL PROFILE ON THE QR: Your QR includes full name, license number, specialty, institution, and country of license issuance. The patient always knows exactly who is accessing their information. IMPORTANT NOTE: The app records professional data as it appears in the QR — it does not verify credentials with any regulatory body. The professional is responsible for providing accurate information. ON IPHONE AND ON MAC: Authorized patients stay available for 7 days on your iPhone (you can pin the ones you need). On your Mac, with the same Apple ID, your patient archive syncs through iCloud and is kept with no time limit. BILINGUAL VOICE ENGINE: Dictate notes and look up data in Spanish or English.
