Add an optional break and settle in with rain, coffee-shop ambience, or brown noise. LEAVE ON TIME WITH ANCHOR ALARMS Tell Anchor when an event starts and how long travel takes. Get gentle “leave in 10,” “leave in 5,” and “leave NOW” cues before it is time to go. STREAKS THAT WAIT FOR YOU Missing a day puts a streak on hold. It never wipes your progress.
