Hovis is your AI real estate co-pilot, built on Brad Hovis's own REI School and REIBIZ training - not on generic real estate advice scraped from the internet. Ask a question and get a straight answer, with the exact lesson it came from. Every answer is grounded in the courses, so you can go straight to the video that explains it. WHAT YOU CAN DO Ask a question Anything about buying, funding, rehabbing, renting or selling. Repair estimates, seller objections, entity setup, financing, property management. Hovis answers from the training material and shows its source. Analyze a deal Give Hovis the numbers on a property and it walks the deal the way the training teaches it - purchase, rehab, ARV, rent, and what the numbers actually say. It tells you when a deal is a dud. Build a strategy Answer a few questions about where you are and what you have, and get a plan you can act on. Take the courses Your REI School and REIBIZ courses, in your pocket. Every lesson has video AND audio, so you can listen on the drive and pick up where you left off. Listen instead of watch Every lesson has an audio version with full background playback and lock screen controls. Your progress follows you between listening and watching. WHO IT IS FOR New investors who want a straight answer instead of forty opinions. Experienced investors who want their operating system in one place. REI School and REIBIZ students who want their courses and their co-pilot on their phone. HOW ACCESS WORKS Hovis is for REI School and REIBIZ members.
