IFZA People is the internal employee app for IFZA, the International Free Zone Authority in Dubai. It is provided for IFZA staff only.
Access is restricted to employees with an @ifza.com email address. Signing in requires a one-time code sent to that address, so the app cannot be used by anyone outside IFZA. There is no public content, and no guest or trial mode.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• News — Read company articles published by IFZA's internal communications team and synced from SharePoint. Like, comment on and save articles to read later.
• Announcements — Receive company-wide notices, with push notifications so nothing important is missed.
• Leave — Check your annual leave balance, request time off and follow your request through manager approval. Requests are filed in Zoho People, IFZA's HR system, so what you submit in the app is the real request.
• Profile — View your employment details, open your HR documents and see your years-of-service recognition.
• Community — Post to the company-wide feed or join an interest group. Share updates, photos and comments with colleagues.
• Classifieds — Buy and sell personal items among colleagues on an internal board. The app only puts colleagues in touch; no payments are taken or processed in the app.
SIGNING IN
Sign in with your @ifza.com email address and the one-time code sent to it. After the first sign-in, you can unlock the app with Face ID.
COMMUNITY CONTENT AND MODERATION
Posts, comments and classified listings are written by IFZA employees. Submitted content passes through a content filter. Every post and comment can be reported, and any colleague can be blocked. IFZA administrators can remove content and restrict accounts. All contributions are attributed to the author's IFZA account, so nothing posted in the app is anonymous.
PRIVACY
IFZA People contains no advertising, no in-app purchases and no third-party analytics. The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Ratings & Reviews

• Attendance: a new screen on Home shows today's status and check-in times, three months of attendance history, and your regularization requests.
• Leave: you can now request a half day.
• Classifieds: add several photos to a listing, and edit it after posting.
• Community: see who's in a group.
• Notifications are now called Announcements.
• Profile photos load faster.
• Bug fixes and reliability improvements.
