RotaLens - Rota & Pay Checker
Night, weekend & overtime pay
Free
Turn your rota screenshot into shifts you can verify—in under a minute.
RotaLens helps hourly workers—especially nurses and care staff—turn rota screenshots into checkable shifts and find potentially missed night, weekend, and overtime pay.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Import your rota screenshot
Snap a photo, pick from Photos, or open a PDF. All processing happens on your device—no upload, no account, no cloud.
2. Review and confirm shifts
RotaLens reads the rota and drafts shift entries. Low-confidence fields are highlighted for your review. You confirm every shift before anything is saved.
3. See explainable pay estimates
Each amount breaks down to hours, multipliers, breaks, and rounding. You control the rules—base rate, night rate, weekend rate, overtime threshold, and stacking policy.
4. Compare with actual pay
When payday comes, enter what you actually received. RotaLens shows the difference and lets you export a redacted review sheet to discuss with your manager.
