ShuR is a local-first file and document workspace for iPhone and iPad. Import, edit, scan, recognize, convert, preview, organize and share in one workflow, then save to your device or a location you choose. What makes ShuR useful • Document editing: edit text and common styles in simple DOCX files with undo, redo and saving. Complex structures keep a read-only preview. • PDF workflow: read PDFs, add text annotations, reorder, rotate and delete pages. PDF-to-DOCX layout mode can include an OCR text layer. It uses page images to preserve the visual layout; page images are not element-by-element editable and the original Word structure is not reconstructed. • Scanning and OCR: scan paper with the camera, adjust pages and create a PDF. OCR runs on device and can extract searchable text. Check results for handwriting, low resolution and complex layouts. • 3D model preview: preview BLEND, FBX, glTF/GLB, OBJ, STL, PLY, USD/USDZ and DAE files locally, including hierarchy, transforms and basic materials. Complex Blender effects, simulations and complete animation are shown only within the supported subset. • Files and media: search, rename, move, favorite and organize files in batches. Preview images, audio, video, ebooks and common Office files. • Archives and ebooks: open and organize ZIP, 7Z, RAR and TAR archives. Read DRM-free EPUB, MOBI, AZW/AZW3 and PRC ebooks. • Local-first privacy: scanning and OCR do not automatically upload files. Wi-Fi and WebDAV sharing start only when you choose, with access controlled by you. ShuR does not execute embedded scripts or bypass DRM. Back up important files before processing.
