Cups N Cakes Store Ops is the internal tool store staff use to keep the live menu honest — so customers never pay for something the store can't make. In a couple of taps, any employee can: • Mark a product or ingredient sold out, or bring it back in stock • Add stock, remove stock, or set an exact quantity • Record waste with a reason (expired, damaged, incorrect prep, and more) • Turn off a single modifier (like oat milk) without taking down the whole drink • Run opening, midday, and closing inventory checks with expected-vs-actual counts • See a full activity history of who changed what, and when • Manage incoming customer orders — accept, reject, and mark ready for pickup Built for the counter, not the back office: every screen is designed to be usable one-handed, mid-rush, without hunting through menus. Changes sync to the Customer App and Admin Dashboard within seconds, and the app keeps working — queuing changes to sync later — if the store's connection drops. This app is for Cups N Cakes store employees only and requires an employee login.
