Sprignote: Plant Care Journal
Identifier & Water Reminders
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Identify plants with confidence, keep a private journal, and build a care rhythm around what you actually observe.
Know what you’re growing—and care for it with confidence.
Sprignote identifies plants from photos, shows ranked matches instead of false certainty, and keeps every plant’s story in a private, offline-first journal.
IDENTIFY WITH CONTEXT
• Take a photo or choose one from your library
• Compare ranked matches with visible confidence
• Add leaf, flower, fruit, or bark views to refine the same scan
• Revisit past scans and correct the selected match
BUILD A USEFUL PLANT JOURNAL
• Save photos, watering, soil checks, fertilizing, repotting, pruning, and health changes
• Write formatted notes with previews, autosaved drafts, and event dates
• Search by nickname, common name, or scientific name
• Organize plants by space, archive them, or keep a wish list
CARE FROM OBSERVATION, NOT A STREAK
• See which plants deserve attention today
• Check the soil before watering
• Record damp soil and choose a better day instead of watering too soon
• Use optional care reminders and home-screen widgets
PRIVATE AND OFFLINE-FIRST
Your plant records stay on your device by default. Sprignote explains identification and optional household cloud sharing before data leaves your device. Back up and restore your journal in a readable Sprignote archive.
FREE AND PREMIUM
Free includes monthly plant identifications, a five-plant garden, unlimited journal entries, local care logging, and backup and restore. Premium unlocks unlimited identifications, unlimited plants, care reminders, and private household cloud snapshots. Your existing records remain readable, editable, exportable, and deletable without Premium.
Plant identification and care suggestions are informational. Confirm a plant with a qualified local expert before eating it, handling a potentially toxic species, or making a safety-critical decision.
