SipMetric: Net Hydration is an iOS hydration companion that goes beyond tracking how much you drink. It estimates effective net hydration from every sip based on drink type. Log water, tea, coffee, juice, soft drinks, and alcohol, or create custom drinks with adjustable hydration coefficients.
Water and tea contribute positive hydration, while coffee and alcoholic drinks may create a “hydration balance” to replenish later. A simple home-screen ring shows today’s net hydration, remaining goal, and current balance.
Your daily goal can be calculated automatically using body weight: weight (kg) × 30 mL. You can also adjust it for activity, weather, or professional guidance. Progress is always based on net hydration rather than total drink volume.
Smart reminders fit real routines: a gentle morning prompt, a follow-up after coffee, a nudge after long periods without logging, and an optional evening reminder. Every reminder can be switched on or off independently.
Choose a 21-day hydration plan for coffee drinkers, office workers, active users, or night owls. Review 7- or 30-day trends, drink breakdowns, hydration balance history, and calendar streaks.
SipMetric: Net Hydration also includes custom drinks, mood tags, completion sounds, shareable weekly summaries, and hydration tips. All data stays on your device—no account or subscription required—so you can understand every sip more clearly.
