* Appointments now include both optional advance reminders and a notification when the appointment starts, even if no advance reminder is selected. * Notifications correctly show the pet’s name and appointment title, and tapping them opens the correct pet’s appointment list. * Improved notification scheduling and cancellation when appointments are rescheduled or canceled, pets are changed, or the user logs out. * Fixed an issue where updated pet and profile photos did not refresh on screen after loading. * Household members now display their profile names, and members who have left the household are hidden.
